Return and Exchange Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product presented to him by the store within three days from the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after three days have passed. 2- To exchange the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the shipping cost if he wants to exchange the product, and in international exchange, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. If there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases: 1- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's mishandling. 2- If three days have passed since receiving the product. Return Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and retrieve the product presented to him by the store within seven days from the date of receiving the product, and he does not have this right after seven days have passed. 2- To return the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety. 3- The consumer bears the costs of the return process, and in the case of international return, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. If there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
